In the event of an incorrect deposit or an overpayment, or if an author is dissatisfied with our services, a refund will be issued within 30 days of notification by the respective party. Please ensure you inform us promptly to facilitate the refund process.
Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 working days following order acceptance. For international shipments, delivery may take up to 30 days, particularly during peak periods such as festivals. If any items are lost during transit, we will dispatch replacements at no additional cost. AG Volumes is not liable for any losses resulting from delivery delays or failures. All products are sent via the Indian Postal Department's Registered Parcel Service.
Authors are prohibited from publishing their contributions elsewhere without prior written consent from AG Volumes, unless substantial modifications are made. Authors warrant that their submissions are original, excluding excerpts from copyrighted works used with proper authorization. Submissions must not contain libelous content or infringe on any copyright, trademark, patent, statutory, or proprietary rights. Authors assume full responsibility for the material on behalf of themselves and any co-authors. By granting these rights, the authors agree to these terms.
